BADGES & PASSES

GES will be sending you correspondence directly regarding ordering your exhibitor badges in September. If you have any questions about Visit Connect or lead retrieval, email visit.support@ges.com for assistance.

Build up passes will be issued upon entry at the venue.  To avoid delay please ensure that each person entering site for the build-up or breakdown phase completes the site induction.

BALLOONS

​

Use of helium or gas filled balloons must be agreed in writing to the Venue Services Manager prior to the event. A charge per balloon will be imposed if your balloons are released into the venue ceiling required for their use at the venue.  Helium canisters must not be kept on your stand during the show open nor within the venue overnight.   Please contact exhibitors@showsmith.co.uk to apply for permission.
